- Beef roast – 1 (3-4 pounds)
- Chicken – 2 whole (4-5 pounds each)

Instructions
- Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator for several days.
- Prepare the brine solution and soak the turkey overnight.
- Season the turkey inside and out.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Roast the turkey for 13-15 minutes per pound.
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- Prepare the ham according to package instructions.
- Cook the beef roast to desired doneness.
- Roast the chickens until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve meats with your favorite sides.
