- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve hot, drizzled with the pan juices.
