Description
Mediterranean chicken meatballs are flavorful and healthy. They combine ground chicken with herbs and spices.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add meatballs to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These meatballs can be frozen for later use.
