  • 1/4 cup olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add meatballs to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Transfer cooked meatballs to a baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes.
