Description
A refreshing Mediterranean chicken pasta salad loaded with flavors.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and diced chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
