A healthy and flavorful Mediterranean ground beef and veggie stir fry.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and zucchini, stir to combine.
- Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Serve with rice or pita bread.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
