Ingrédients

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
