Description
A quick and flavorful Mediterranean ground beef stir fry.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pita bread.
- Adjust spices to taste.
