  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice.

  6. Top with feta cheese and additional dill if desired.
