Description

Ingrédients

- 1 can of salmon (14.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, bell pepper, egg, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- These patties can be baked instead of fried for a healthier version.
- Serve with tzatziki or a salad for a complete meal.
