- 1 lb fresh salmon, skinless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, flake the salmon into small pieces.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic, egg, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm.
