A delicious and easy recipe for melt in your mouth Caesar chicken.
Ingrédients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the dressing.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
