Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add butter to the skillet and spoon the melted butter over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Letting the chicken rest helps retain its juices.
