Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, and salt.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, chili powder, and cumin. Stir well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
