  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
