Delicious and healthy Mexican ground beef lettuce wraps.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 head of lettuce (for wraps)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Stir in ground beef and taco seasoning.
- Cook until beef is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
- Serve in lettuce leaves, topped with cheese and avocado.
