Ingrédients
- Turkey – 1 whole
- Chili powder – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Cumin – 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup

- Onions – 2, chopped
- Bell peppers – 2, diced
- Rice – 2 cups
- Black beans – 1 can

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and add chopped onions and bell peppers around it.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for about 3 hours or until fully cooked.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Heat black beans in a saucepan.
- Serve turkey with rice, black beans, and sliced avocado.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
