- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
