- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add chicken broth, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
