A comforting and hearty million dollar spaghetti casserole perfect for family dinners.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, followed by the meat sauce, then the remaining spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

  • Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
