Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- Knead the dough and roll it out.
- Cut out circles and place them in tart pans.
- Fill each shell with mincemeat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.

- Use store-bought mincemeat for convenience.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
