Description
Mini cherry cheese danishes are sweet pastries filled with cream cheese and cherry filling.
Ingrédients

- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Add a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
