Description
These mini chocolate chip muffins are soft, moist, and packed with chocolate chips.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
- These muffins freeze well.
- You can add nuts or other types of chips if desired.
