Description

Ingrédients

- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whisk egg whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
- Pipe or spoon the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, forming small nests.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let them cool inside.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Fill each mini pavlova with whipped cream and top with fresh fruits.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
