Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and vinegar.
  5. Spoon the meringue mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small nests.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringues cool inside.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Once cooled, fill the meringue nests with whipped cream and top with fresh fruits.
