Delicious mini desserts perfect for Thanksgiving celebrations.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the pumpkin puree.
- Pour the batter into mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and top each mini dessert.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These desserts can be made a day in advance.
- Try adding nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
