A delightful mini Thanksgiving feast perfect for small gatherings.
Ingrédients

- 1 small turkey breast (2–3 lbs)
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Mix the stuffing with chicken broth and spoon it around the turkey.
- Cover with foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes until golden.
- Steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored for 3 days in the fridge.
