Ingrédients

  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
  4. Mix the stuffing with chicken broth and spoon it around the turkey.
  5. Cover with foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
  6. Remove foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes until golden.
  7. Steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve with cranberry sauce.
