Description
A refreshing mint chocolate chip ice cream that combines mint flavor with chocolate chunks.

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Notes
- Make sure your ice cream maker is chilled before use.
- You can adjust the mint flavor by adding more or less peppermint extract.
- For a creamier texture, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
