- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
- Mix in chopped mint leaves and dark chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
- Add more honey for sweetness if desired.
