  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  3. Mix in chopped mint leaves and dark chocolate chips.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
