Description
A flavorful and tender Mississippi pot roast made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 3–4 pounds chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Add the stick of butter on top of the roast.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred the meat and mix with the juices before serving.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or on a sandwich.
- Adjust pepperoncini quantity to taste.
