- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Fold in frozen mixed vegetables.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Use any frozen vegetables of your choice.
