Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and surround it with Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle honey over the vegetables and add butter on top.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In the last 30 minutes, add cranberries to the pan.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
