Description
Delicious cream puffs filled with a rich cream filling.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt. Stir until dough forms and pulls away from the sides.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Once puffs are cool, cut them open and fill with cream mixture.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Can be dusted with extra powdered sugar before serving.
