Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the cooked rice to the milk mixture.
- Stir in the beaten eggs.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Can be topped with raisins or nuts.
