Ingrédients

- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Combine rice, milk, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in cinnamon and beaten eggs.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can add raisins for extra flavor.
