Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled macaroni to the dressing mixture.
- Mix in onion, celery, bell pepper, and pickle relish.
- Stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
