Description

A delicious and savory dish of beef stir-fried with noodles and vegetables in a rich Mongolian sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well.
  7. Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
