Ingrédients

- 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
