Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Serve over rice or noodles.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
