Ingrédients

- 8 oz noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with chopped green onions before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness by modifying the brown sugar.
- Use any type of noodles you prefer.
