Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice.
  6. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
  7. Add marinara sauce and stir well.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti and mix until well combined.
  9. Place sliced chicken on top and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  10. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
