A delicious and hearty Monterey chicken spaghetti dish.
Ingrédients

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
- Add marinara sauce and stir well.
- Add cooked spaghetti and mix until well combined.
- Place sliced chicken on top and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
