Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until softened.
- Mix in shredded chicken and marinara sauce.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the chicken mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
