Description
A delicious and easy mounds poke cake that combines chocolate cake with coconut and chocolate toppings.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the top of the cake with a fork.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Spread the chocolate fudge sauce over the cake.
- Top with shredded coconut and whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat coconut milk for richer flavor.
- Let the cake chill overnight for best results.
- Garnish with extra coconut if desired.
