Description

A delicious and easy mounds poke cake that combines chocolate cake with coconut and chocolate toppings.

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Poke holes all over the top of the cake with a fork.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
  6. Spread the chocolate fudge sauce over the cake.
  7. Top with shredded coconut and whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
