Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a large resealable bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until coated.
- Spread on a baking sheet to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
