  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 star anise

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Heat over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Serve warm in mugs.
