A warm and spiced wine drink perfect for cold weather.
Ingrédients

- 1 bottle of red wine
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- 1/4 cup of brandy (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the wine, sugar, and sliced fruits.
- Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
- Warm the mixture over low heat. Do not boil.
- Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- If desired, stir in brandy before serving.
- Strain the mixture into mugs and serve warm.

- Adjust sugar based on your taste preference.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
