Description
A simple and healthy mushroom and tofu stir fry.
Ingrédients

- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add mushrooms and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
