Ingrédients

  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  5. Add mushrooms and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
