- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
