Ingrédients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Stir in vegetable broth and paprika, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in sour cream.
- Combine pasta with mushroom sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use any pasta of your choice.
- For a vegan option, substitute sour cream with cashew cream.
- Add fresh parsley for garnish.
