Description
A delicious mushroom Swiss burger made with juicy beef, sautéed mushrooms, and melted Swiss cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun and adding sautéed mushrooms on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add lettuce and tomato for extra flavor.
- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
