- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Top with green onions and black olives before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
