Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.

- Add the rice, chicken broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm.

- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting chicken.
