Instructions

  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then roast for 1.5 hours.
  3. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.
  4. Steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Heat the garlic bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the roasted chicken with sides and cranberry sauce.
  7. Pour sparkling cider into glasses for a toast.
