- 1 bottle of sparkling cider
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then roast for 1.5 hours.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.
- Steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes.
- Heat the garlic bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve the roasted chicken with sides and cranberry sauce.
- Pour sparkling cider into glasses for a toast.
